This article lists the multiple multiple ways to make outbound calls via the Mobile One app.
When making an outbound call, the number that the client will see depends on the skill you select to make the outbound call from.
For callbacks, the skill that the client used to contact you will be selected automatically. For other outbound calls, you will have to manually select a skill. Alternatively, a default skill can be setup in the settings.
You can make outbound calls from the recent screen by clicking any recent conversation. This works for both handled and missed interactions.
Via the contact tab, you can call any local or NiCE contact that you have saved. Additionally, you can make an internal call to an agent or skill.
In the keypad, you can type in any number and make an outbound call. If no country code (eg. +1) is added, we will use the default outbound prefix you set up while installing the app. This default can be changed in the settings.
