Can I use Amazon Connect CCP and Mobile Connect simultaneously?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use Amazon Connect CPP (Desktop) simultaneously with the Mobile Connect app. If you have both interfaces open at the same time, your audio might not work and calls might get dropped.
We recommend hybrid users to log out of the app when they are working via desktop.
