    How to stop your Mobile Office subscription or free trial

    To cancel your Mobile Office subscription or free trial, follow the following steps:

    • Log into your Genesys Cloud environment with an admin user
    • Navigate to "IT and Integrations" > "Integrations"
    • Disable or delete the Mobile Office integrations
    • Optionally: remove the automatically generated Mobile Office roles from your role manager
    • Your Mobile Office subscription is now stopped correctly.
