Enabling SSO
Mobile Office uses the Genesys Authentication layer to allow users to login.
This implies that if you have an SSO setup on your Genesys organisation, mobile users can also benefit from this during login.
To setup SSO in your Genesys org, Genesys has a series of articles setup which will get you on your way.

Once you have the SSO integration working on the regular desktop, you can give it a go on the mobile devices.
Note
In the login screen the option 'External browser login' is visualized.
The standard approach is that the login GUI from Genesys (and your SSO provider) is shown in an in-app browser.
For some integrations (Microsoft Intune specifically), in app browsers don't work with the conditional access policies which can be defined.
When you use 'External browser login', we will pop the GUI in your standard system browser instead. (in case you would use the Intune integration, set your standard browser as 'Microsoft Edge')
