    How to enable viewing and editing of AI summaries in Mobile Office

    Mobile Office for Genesys Cloud mimics your Genesys Cloud setup. Thus, if a user has access to view or edit the AI generated summaries in Genesys Cloud, they have access to view or edit the summaries in Mobile Office.

    Viewing of AI summaries#

    Users can view the generated AI summaries by going to recent and looking at the details of the call.

    Editing of AI summaries#

    Users can edit the AI summary during wrap up of the interaction.
