Mobile One

Mobile One runs on NICE CXone, so you firstly need to make sure the required NICE setup is done first. In addition to that, you need to add a few extra domains for Mobile One to work properly.

What additional domains do I need to allow?#

Add these three domains to your firewall allowlist:

• *.idealsystemscloud.com (help center)
• *.idealsystemscloud.be (click-to-dial packages)
• *.mobileonecloud.com (application back-end)

These domains handle Mobile One's specific functions that work alongside your NICE setup.

Why can't you give me specific IP addresses for Mobile One?#

The mobileonecloud.com domain uses Amazon Web Services. This means the IP addresses change regularly. Amazon publishes their current IP ranges at: https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json. Your network team can use this file to get the latest IP addresses if they need them instead of using domain names.
