Hardware requirements and device behaviour
1. Supported operating systems#
Mobile One is officially supported on the last 2 official OS version for Android and iOS:
- iOS 18.x
- iOS 26.x
- Android 16.x
- Android 17.x
While Mobile One is designed for phones, it will also work seamlessly on (most) tablets.
Note: due to operating system limitations, we do not support Xiaomi devices.
Tip: Make sure to always update both your phone as well as Mobile One to the latest version to ensure you have access to the latest features and security patches.
2. Am I automatically logged out?#
Once logged in, the Mobile One session is preserved indefinetely, with no input from the user necessary. Mobile One takes charge of renewing the NiCE CXone session before it expires.
Note: This is a setting that can be different in your organization.
3. How much data is used for a voice call over WebRTC?#
On average, a WebRTC Audio phonecall consumes 1.6 MB per minute
