Mobile One

In order to access the Mobile One admin portal, we check the roles that your NiCE CXone account has. You need one of the following roles as either primary or secondary role:

• The standard "Administrator" role
• a custom: "Mobile One Admin" role. Make sure it has the "employees:view" permission enabled.

Note that the name of the role needs to be an exact match with the role name above.
