Mobile One

By default, Mobile One does not require a specific SSO integration/setup in Nice.

It will reuse the SSO capabilities you currently have configured in your Nice organization (as the authentication process is relayed through Nice).

However, in some cases, if you are using a legacy/old login authenticator setup, you may be using a url such as 'https://na1.nice-incontact.com/authentication/v1/sso/saml?tenantId=…' as ACS url.

These url's do not properly redirect at the end of the login flow. To overcome this limitation, we recommend configuring a new login authenticator (which would bring a format 'https://cxone.niceincontact.com/auth/authorize?tenantId=...' and which is compatible with the mobile app).
